Tutoring classes and programs are held only by a native speaking and certified/licensed language Teacher. Tutoring programs are customized and designed by the Tutor after a free trial class (placement test) and a motivational interview with the students and parents. In case of a child the interview will be held with the parents. Adult students don’t need the parents to be present. Your placement test includes 4 sessions (15 minutes each) reading, listening comprehension, writing and speaking. It is requested only to start a program. The results of each session will let your Tutor understand your language level and customize the program to focus on your language needs. No score will be assigned.
A Tutoring class and/or program hour is 60 minutes long. We will be offering Accelerated Standard Programs of 6 classes, Standard Programs of 12 classes and Intensive Programs of 24 classes. You can start your personalized program any moment during your academic school year.
If you are applying for group classes/programs because you want to share the experience of learning a world language with your friends, or you prefer to review the language in a study group, lessons can start immediately. However, a placement test is necessary to let your Tutor know your language levels.
In case you don’t bring a friend, but you are enrolling for group classes/programs, please allow us to have at least one other student interested in your language to schedule a starting date.
Please note that tutoring will not be held on National Holidays.
