Document / File Submission

Please read the instruction below before submitting your documents.
​Completing all fields will help us provide a prompt and accurate response to your inquiry.

• Each submission allows for a maximum of 10 file attachments.  Each attached file has a size limit of 10 megabytes.  This permits a client to send 100 megabytes total per submission.  Trying to submit larger sized files (per file or total) will cause the system to freeze and reject the submission.  This will NOT generate any type of error message.
• You will receive a confirmation message (on this page) after each successful submission.  If you are submitting multiple files at once, or are close to the 100 MB limit, it will take some time before all of your files upload completely.  If it seems like the system is frozen, please wait at least one minute after clicking "Submit" before reloading the page to try again.
• ​You can make multiple submissions if you have more than ten documents to send.
• Accepted file types:  PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP.          Please convert any Microsoft Word / DOC files to PDF prior to submission.
• We highly recommend submitting clear screenshots to reduce overall file size.  Multiple screenshots can be sent as one file using a ZIP folder.​
